At Lavished by Belle, we specialise in bespoke event styling, décor, party favours and luxury event content creation. We are committed to creating beautiful, memorable experiences while ensuring that our booking process is clear and transparent.

This policy outlines important information regarding bookings, deposits, cancellations, event styling, party favours and content creation.

Booking & Availability

We recommend booking your event styling and décor at least 3 weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for planning, sourcing, preparation and styling.

Content creation bookings require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice.

For larger, bespoke or destination events, we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability and allow adequate preparation time.

All bookings are subject to availability.

Deposits & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The deposit allows us to begin preparing, planning, sourcing materials and reserving the necessary resources for your event.

Your booking and event date are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed payment deadline stated at the time of booking.

Failure to make payment by the required deadline may result in your booking being cancelled and your date being released.

Event Styling & Decor

Every event styling service is curated according to the client's chosen theme, colour palette, venue and requirements.

Because many decor elements are sourced or prepared specifically for each event, changes to the design, colour scheme, decor requirements or event details may affect the final price.

Any significant changes requested after your booking has been confirmed may incur an additional charge.

We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions where a specific item, flower, material or decor piece becomes unavailable. Any replacement will be selected to maintain the overall aesthetic and quality of the agreed design.

Party Favours & Personalised Gifts

Our party favours and personalised gifts may be made or customised specifically for your event.

Because personalised and bespoke items are prepared specifically for each client, they cannot generally be returned, exchanged or cancelled once production has commenced.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all names, spellings, dates, colours and personalised details provided to us are correct.

Lavished by Belle cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the client.

Content Creation

Our event content creation service is designed to capture the details, atmosphere, behind-the-scenes moments and special memories of your celebration in social media-ready formats.

Content creation packages vary depending on the level of coverage and deliverables selected.

Content Delivery

The delivery time for your content depends on the package booked and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

The final content will be delivered digitally using the agreed method of delivery.

Styling & Content Creation Together

Yes. Our event styling and content creation services can be booked together.

This allows us to both beautifully style your celebration and capture the details and special moments throughout your event.

Cancellation & Amendments

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because we begin planning, sourcing and preparing for your event once your booking has been secured, deposits are non-refundable.

For decor bookings, cancellations or major amendments made less than 3 weeks before the event may be subject to additional charges depending on costs already incurred.

For content creation, cancellations or major amendments made less than 2 weeks before the event may be subject to charges depending on preparation and resources already committed.

Any cancellation or amendment must be confirmed in writing.

Event Date Changes

If you need to change your event date, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

A date change is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional costs where suppliers, materials, travel or other arrangements have already been secured.

If we are unable to accommodate your new date, the booking may be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will remain non-refundable.

Damage to Decor

Where decor, props, equipment or other items are provided by Lavished by Belle for use during an event, the client is responsible for ensuring that these items are treated with reasonable care.

The client may be liable for the cost of repairing or replacing items that are lost, damaged or excessively soiled during the event.

Any applicable charges will be discussed with the client following the event.

Venue Access & Setup

The client is responsible for ensuring that Lavished by Belle has suitable access to the venue at the agreed setup time.

Where possible, the venue should be ready and accessible before our scheduled arrival.

Delays caused by restricted venue access, venue staff, guests or circumstances outside our control may affect the time available for setup.

Additional charges may apply where significant delays prevent us from completing the agreed setup within the allocated timeframe.

Travel & Destination Events

Yes, we are happy to travel for events outside our usual service area.

For destination events requiring flights and accommodation, the client is responsible for providing or covering suitable flights and accommodation.

Travel arrangements and any associated requirements will be agreed upon before the booking is confirmed.

Additional travel costs may apply depending on the location of the event.

Photography & Content Rights

Unless otherwise agreed, Lavished by Belle may capture photographs and videos of our styling, decor and completed work for use in our portfolio, website and social media platforms.

If you do not wish for your event or content to be used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing before the event.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Lavished by Belle will always make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed service.

However, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue closures, supplier failures, transportation disruption, illness, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where such circumstances occur, we will work with you to find a reasonable alternative where possible.
