For event styling and décor, we recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to allow enough time for planning, sourcing and preparation. Content creation bookings require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. For larger or more bespoke events, we recommend booking as early as possible.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and allows us to begin preparing, planning and sourcing the beautiful details for your event.

For bookings made more than 2 weeks before the event date, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

For bookings made within 2 weeks of the event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and allow us to begin preparations promptly.

Once your deposit has been received, your date is officially reserved and we can begin bringing your vision to life. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event, ensuring that everything is confirmed and ready ahead of your special day.

Yes, we are happy to travel for events outside our usual service area. For destination events, flights and suitable accommodation must be provided or covered by the client. Travel arrangements and any additional requirements will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.
