How far in advance should I book?
For event styling and décor, we recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to allow enough time for planning, sourcing and preparation. Content creation bookings require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. For larger or more bespoke events, we recommend booking as early as possible.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your booking and allows us to begin preparing, planning and sourcing the details for your event. Your date is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
Can I book styling and content together?
Absolutely. Our event styling and content creation services can be booked together, allowing us to style your celebration beautifully and capture the special moments for you to relive and share.
When will I receive my content?
Content delivery times depend on the package selected. Your specific turnaround time will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Do you travel?
Yes, we are happy to travel for events outside our usual service area. For destination events, flights and suitable accommodation must be provided or covered by the client. Travel arrangements and any additional requirements will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.
